Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software applications.
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the team.
- Gain proficiency in developing structured programs.
- Understand the technical platform/module for the assigned assignment, including standards and user interfaces. Gain a broad-level understanding of the module/system to which you are assigned.
- Get trained in various phases of software development life cycles and scale up to the expectations of the project team in varied roles.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, manager to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.
- Adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities with a positive attitude.
- Take on challenges and work towards finding innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure proper documentation of code and processes.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of existing software applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to group discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Actively participate in organizational activities related to your role.
